Creamly is a skincare company focused on delivering simple yet effective solutions for sensitive skin. The brand emphasizes “skinimalism,” offering minimalist skincare routines with only a few essential products.

Their main goal is to offer honest skincare that eliminates unnecessary products, helping skin function optimally with just a few targeted items.

The main challenge was to redesign Shopify online store that looked cluttered and unappealing. The goal was to create a fresh, visually appealing design while also restructuring the website’s layout. This would make it easier to maintain and expand in the future.

Solution

We redesigned the Shopify store give it a clean, modern look by removing clutter and selecting a suitable color scheme.

We improved navigation with clear product categories and ensured mobile compatibility. Customizable theme components allow the client to make changes without needing a developer, enhancing the store’s appeal and user experience while supporting future growth.

UI Kit

High-Fidelity Wireframes

We developed high-fidelity wireframes to visualize the layout and user flow before implementation. These wireframes detailed the placement of key elements, such as product listings, featured items, and checkout processes, allowing the client to preview the new store’s structure. Home Page

Quiz

We developed an interactive skin type quiz, using Shopify’s flexible backend combined with custom logic. The quiz guides users through a series of targeted questions to help them identify their skin type and skincare needs. Based on the results, the quiz dynamically suggests a curated list of products tailored specifically to the user.

Personal Care

This feature uses data collected from the quiz and customer preferences to suggest products in a logical order, from cleansing to moisturizing. The backend integrates with Shopify’s inventory and product management, ensuring that suggested products are always available and relevant to each user. This personalized approach keeps customers engaged and encourages repeat purchases by offering products that match their needs.

Reviews

We integrated a robust review system using Shopify’s API and third-party tools to capture and display user-generated content. The review system allows customers to leave detailed feedback, rate products, and even upload before-and-after photos. This feature enhances credibility and helps potential buyers make confident decisions. We also ensured the reviews are searchable and filterable for ease of use, while integrating them into the product pages for higher conversion rates.

Product Pages

The product pages were designed with user engagement and ease of shopping in mind. Each page clearly showcases the product’s benefits, ingredients, and how-to-use instructions to ensure that customers make informed decisions. Bright, captivating visuals paired with concise, informative descriptions guide the customer journey from discovery to purchase.

Blog & Webinars

The blog and webinar sections are all about sharing skincare knowledge. These pages are designed to not only inform but also engage visitors by showcasing relevant skincare tips, expert advice, and in-depth product knowledge. A “You Might Also Like” section shows related articles to keep visitors engaged and exploring.
